Job Specification

Job Requirements

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of Marble & Granite products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement corrective actions for any quality deficiencies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and shipments.
  • Oversee stock control and manage inventory discrepancies.
  • Managing overall factory operations.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Conducting quality checks of raw materials and finished goods, and reporting findings.
  • Monitoring and supervising daily production processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Formulating strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including sales, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
