Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Overall supervise operators level in shopfloor in production and monitor their overall work
Responsible for shift production activity
Check batch issue
Manage & deploy workmen as required in production
Check inprocess parameters
Supervise processing & packing activities
Shop floor safety & 5S
ERP entry for batches
Analyse the process & suggest for improvements

Other Specification

Education & Experience:

B.Sc. with experience in manufacturing sector shall be preferred
BBA/ BBS candidates having some experience in manufacturing plant can also apply
Also, B. Sc Freshers can apply

Functional Competencies:

Must be good at handling pressure at Plant environment
Must have excellent Supervisory skills and leadership skills
Should be patient, tactful, problem solver and good communicator
Should be energetic and hardworking
Should have knowledge in computer applications-Excel, Internet, MS Word

Reporting to: Head of Production

CTC: Salary as per company rules
