Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Promote and sell the products in the assigned territory.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify potential new sales channels and contribute to territory and market expansion.
Monitor and manage the sales process effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Gather and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the management on a regular basis.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and sales records for tracking and reporting.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, or a supervisory sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer engagement.
Experience in handling a sales team or supervising field activities is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical ability with a hands-on approach to sales activities.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve set sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
