The Product Owner is responsible for defining and managing the business requirements to the cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with the team to define the product roadmap, focusing on critical features and final product release.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including users, business leaders, and developers
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the product team
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product
• Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on user needs and business goals
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously monitor and manage the project's technical risks and issues, providing timely solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Business
• 5 years of Experience 
• Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Planner)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge in Fintech Business
• Experience in QA is a plus
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
