About the job 

We are seeking a dynamic, driven Product Owner to lead product strategy, manage international stakeholders, work with seasoned scrum team and execute product deliverables through Agile product lifecycle, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, including clients (internal & external), Business Owners and the Product Development teams. This role involves understanding the needs, possessing the base technical acumen to understand our software and infrastructure, contributing to the definition of product vision, and translating it into a prioritized backlog for the team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Product Development & Ownership:

• Oversee product development from initiation to delivery, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and end-user requirements are fulfilled.
• Take on full Product Ownership responsibilities, leading Agile development teams and ensuring successful sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution.

Requirements Management:

• Create and manage product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog by working with the business development team to understand and translate business and technical requirements, assign priorities, and ensure clear documentation.

Backlog Refinement & Communication:

• Attend backlog refinement meetings to clarify requirements, assist the development team with story sizing, and track issues to resolution.
• Communicate progress, roadblocks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Process Improvement:

• Participate and drive process improvements, leveraging tools like Miro for process flow visualization and Figma for UI/UX reviews.
• Work to foster and enhance teamwork within the organization.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the delivery of the highest quality products and services to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and releases.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Gitlab, and experience working directly with development teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in writing user stories, backlog management, prioritization, and release management.
