Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Corporate Supply Chain Management Head will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations of SK Ventures’ real estate projects, ensuring efficient coordination between land acquisition, project planning, construction, and sales. This role involves managing timelines, costs, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while optimizing processes for timely project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate land identification, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
Ensure alignment between land cost, development potential, and sales projections.
Work closely with legal and finance teams for land acquisition documentation and approvals.
Support negotiation strategies with landowners and partners.
Coordinate with planning, design, engineering, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure approved designs align with budget, market demand, and sales strategy.
Manage project timelines from concept, approval, construction, to completion.
Track material planning, vendor coordination, and contractor scheduling.
Minimize project delays through proactive risk identification and resolution.
Monitor supply chain costs across land, construction, and operations.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cash flows.
Coordinate information flow between technical, marketing, and sales teams.
Align product positioning with construction stages and target customer segments.
Ensure timely availability of price lists, inventory status, approvals, and handover timelines.
Support the sales team with technical clarifications and project updates.
Act as the central coordination point between land, technical, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations.
Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the supply chain.
Develop a supply chain strategy aligned with the company's growth plans.
Improve turnaround time from land acquisition to sales launch.
Lead and mentor supply chain, coordination, and planning teams.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business; MBA preferred.
10–15 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure.
Strong exposure to end-to-end real estate lifecycle management.
Experience coordinating land, technical, marketing, and sales functions.
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and approval processes.
Excellent project management, coordination, and team leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff effectively.
