Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced Product Development professional with a strong background in travel content, destination research and storytelling. The role will focus on developing innovative travel products for international clients while creating compelling destination content and supporting sales and operations teams.

What You'll Own

Content & Storytelling

Create destination content, itineraries and travel narratives for international audiences
Contribute articles and ideas to Destination Knowledge Centre (DKC) publications
Translate on-ground travel experiences into polished, publish-ready content

Product Development

Develop and curate travel products tailored to international guests, working closely with operations and sales
Research emerging destinations, experiences and travel trends for product ideation

Client & Market Focus

Shape content and products to suit international client sensibilities and expectations
Support RFPs and sales decks with market-ready, client-facing content
Build relationships with local experts, guides and Friends of the DKC

Quality & Delivery

Maintain accuracy, tone and brand consistency across all content
Deliver content and product updates to strict deadlines

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

A bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Journalism, Tourism, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in Content creation preferable in Travel domain.
Understanding of the travel industry, particularly in the context of Nepal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Creative mindset with a passion for Content creation, travel and cultural experiences.
