Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery time and potential future development
Perform task with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company and evaluate the pros and cons of each based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other function
Oversees a team of purchasing agents
Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
Identify and researches potential new suppliers
Maintain records of Purchases,pricing, and other important data
Develop plans for purchasing equipment ,services and suppliers
Regular followup with the concerned suppliers

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

At least one year experience in procurement department or related position
Good at networking,market skill, analytical skill
Solid Knowledge and understanding of procurement process, policy and system
Ability to analyze problems and strategies for better solutions
Ability to negotiate,establish and administer contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask , prioritize and manage time efficiently
