Reports To: Senior Management
Professional Holdings Limited (PHL) seeks a highly capable, ethical, commercially minded, result oriented fast learning Procurement Manager to lead and strengthen procurement, supplier management, sourcing and operational supply chain functions across PHL and its associated units.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who wants to move beyond routine purchasing and take real ownership, vendor relationships, cost optimization, compliance, digital procurement and operational efficiency within multi-units company.

Job Specification
Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience, including at least 6 months in a corporate, school, or college environment.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in BBA, BBS, Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Materials Engineering, or a related field. MBA/Master's degree is preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of procurement rules, policies, procedures and by laws, with hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential procurement records.
Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination and analytical skills.
High level of integrity, accountability and professional ethics.
