We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated professional to join our growing team as an Administration Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting administrative, accounting, procurement, and human resource functions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Procurement

Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
Maintain office systems, records, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare reports, business documents, and presentations.
Support the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
Prepare and process quotations and procurement-related documentation.
Monitor office budgets and expenditures.

Finance & Accounting Support

Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports.
Process payments, cheques, and bank transactions.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Track operational expenses and support budget management.
Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Human Resource Support

Assist with employee onboarding and personnel record management.
Provide administrative support for HR activities and performance tracking.
Support compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with departments to enhance communication and operational efficiency.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 32 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software such as Tally or Tigg will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to a two-wheeler.
Flexible to work beyond regular office hours when required.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
