Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience and proficiency in any programming languages like
• Python, JAVA, or C#.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-platform teams consisting of Backend, Frontend,
• Mobile, and Platform engineers while delivering value-added features continuously.
• Deep understanding of SDLC phases, data structures, algorithms, design principles,
• patterns, and architectures.
• Expert in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and with some experience in Test
• Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• As a hands-on code software architect, reduce the technical debt of the product.
• Oversee the senior engineers’ growth.
• Maintain engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of the overall systems while making the system stable, reliable,
• maintainable, and scalable with a focus on the Backend systems.
• Create and manage the engineering roadmap in collaboration with the Head Of Engineering.
