Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Primary Coordinator (Montessori) to join our team at Shree Tarapunja English School. This position offers the opportunity to lead and facilitate the growth and development of our Pre-Primary students in a Montessori-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy, be passionate about early childhood education, and have excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculums based on the Montessori method.
Monitor the progress of students and provide feedback and support to teachers to ensure effective learning.
Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and school management.
Conduct regular observations and evaluations of the Pre-Primary program and provide recommendations for improvement.
Lead and guide a team of Pre-Primary teachers, assistants, and support staff.
Coordinate and plan school events, field trips, and other activities for Pre-Primary students.
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for students.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role in a Pre-Primary Montessori setting.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Passion for fostering the development and growth of young children.
