Job Description

The role involves various responsibilities centered around project management, financial tracking, communication, process optimization, and data management.

Responsibilities

Financial Monitoring: Support project budget tracking, financial performance assessment, and report discrepancies. Calculate release costs for projects.
Business Value Communication: Assist in sharing communications related to delivered business value.
Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency through Jira Administration, optimizing workflows.
PMO Tracking: Monitor and report progress on PMO initiatives across multiple teams.
Leadership Direction Execution: Track the execution of directives from leadership to ensure alignment and progress.
Reporting & Trend Analysis: Generate reports highlighting trends and follow up with managers on abnormalities in metrics.
Data Management: Ensure the quality of data in internal systems like Jira and the applications inventory list.
Agile Team Leadership: Act as project leader for agile teams across various departments, coordinating and managing dependencies to ensure successful delivery of cross-team business and technical initiatives.

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of proven experience serving as Project Manager or ScrumMaster for Software Development Team
Engaged as a productive member of a project team, using agile methods.
Demonstrated an understanding of Project Management concepts.
Identified and managed risks and opportunities within a project.

Skills And Knowledge

A working knowledge of Agile Project Life Cycles (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Confluence, Jira)
Ability to identify issues, propose solutions to the management and lead the effort in resolving the issues.
Excellent Excel skills
Experience with Macros creation is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, eazyBI
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to use influence to keep teams focused and resolve conflicts
Familiarity with basic development technologies and skills
Ability to negotiate in reference to time management and deliverables.
