  • Good knowledge of software development process, well versed in MVC and Agile environment
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, w/ a high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desired Skills: PHP 5, HTML 5, CSS, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop, Adobe tools, Database concepts. Knowledge of one of Yii, CodeIgniter framework or Zend framework, javascript frameworks like ext, backbone, mustache. Good knowledge of Wordpress is highly recommended.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge in respective domain is a MUST. This does not apply for Java Trainees
