We expect to see:

Strong knowledge of PHP

Experience building and interfacing with APIs (REST, RESTful)
Experience with database design and optimization (MySQ, MongoDB)
Understanding of agile principles and culture
IIS Server Configuration & Certification installation
Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator skills
