Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and manage a variety of tasks for the Group Director.
Manage the Director's calendar and appointments.
Prepare the complete staff work list on behalf of the Director, **observe** daily work reports, and communicate them to the Director.
Handle guests effectively.
Conduct thorough web research.
Be willing to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
Be available to communicate with the Director via mobile or email from 8 am to 8 pm.
Gather details of various products and services from worldwide sources using modules such as email, web, or telephonic communication.
Prepare proposals, presentations (P.P.T.), and various drafts, and communicate them to relevant individuals or authorities.
Maintain different types of confidential files (both hard and soft copies) related to the Director's meetings and communications.
Handle all documents related to the Director's office.
Adhere to the strict office schedule and work closely with clients and other office team members.

Salary and Benefits: Starting at NPR 30,000 per month and above, based on candidate experience and qualifications

Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
