Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports/ documents
  • Replying to emails, faxes and post
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
  • Manage office stationaries if required
  • Take shorthand and prepare minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and maintain office filing system
