Parts Manager

As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient management of parts inventory for all our clients. You will work closely with our team of auditors and tax consultants to ensure that the parts department is running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the parts department and ensure all operations are running smoothly 
• Monitor and track parts inventory levels 
• Place orders for parts and maintain accurate records of all transactions 
• Work closely with the auditing and tax consulting team to understand the specific parts needs of clients 
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts 
• Train and supervise new employees in the parts department 
• Ensure all parts are properly labeled, stored, and organized 
• Keep track of sales and prepare reports for management 
• Implement cost-saving strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
