Roles and responsibilities of this job
This is not a social media management role. This is a performance marketing position where you are directly responsible for managing real paid advertising budgets across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads for an Australian business group with multiple brands.
You will be accountable for lead generation performance, cost-per-lead, lead quality, campaign structure, optimisation, creative testing, reporting, and tracking. If campaigns underperform, it is your job to diagnose why and fix it. If campaigns are winning, it is your job to scale them carefully and protect their performance.
You will work directly with Australian business owners and marketing leads. Your results will be measured against real commercial outcomes, not just platform metrics.
