We are seeking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Content Creator / Social Media Handler to manage the company’s digital presence, brand communication, and social media growth.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing campaigns for company products and services.

This role is ideal for a highly creative digital professional who understands modern social media trends, visual storytelling, and brand engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Create high-quality photo, video, reels, stories, and graphic content for social media platforms
Develop engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content
Plan monthly content calendars for all platforms
Cover product launches, events, promotions, and campaigns through creative content
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
Stay updated with social media trends to create viral and engaging content ideas

Social Media Management:

Manage company social media accounts
Schedule and publish daily posts and updates
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
Monitor audience engagement and improve reach and performance
Track competitors’ activities and market trends
Optimize content performance based on platform analytics and insights
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility

Branding & Marketing Support:

Support brand-building activities and promotional campaigns
Assist in influencer collaborations and paid promotions
Work with external designers, photographers, and agencies when required
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms
Support marketing campaigns with creative visual and written content contributions
Assist in executing digital advertising and boosting strategies when required

Performance Tracking:

Analyze social media insights and performance reports
Prepare weekly and monthly growth reports
Suggest strategies for improving engagement, followers, and conversions
Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements for better reach and engagement

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation and social media handling
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Basic photography and videography skills preferred
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
Creative and trend-aware mindset

Preferred Skills:

Experience in FMCG, trading, or distribution industry
Knowledge of paid ads and boosting campaigns
Understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
