Packing Line Supervisor

Magic Footwear is one of Nepal’s fastest-growing footwear brands, delivering quality and comfort at scale. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Packing Line Supervisor to oversee the final stage of our production process and ensure smooth packaging and dispatch.

Training & Onboarding

All selected candidates will undergo a mandatory training program. This program covers company-specific processes, packaging protocols, safety standards, and team management practices to help the candidate fully prepare for the role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Packing Line Supervisor, you will ensure packaging operations are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with our quality standards. Responsibilities include:

Operational Duties

• Supervise daily packing operations and manage the packing team.
• Ensure each pair is packed in accordance with the company's quality standards.
• Oversee the proper labeling and marking of cartons.
• Coordinate with QC team to resolve issues identified during packing audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area.
• Manage packing line scheduling, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Quality and Process Oversight

• Ensure cartons are packed per size, color, and quantity requirements.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining AQL protocols alongside the QC team.
• Verify packing material inventory and escalate shortages to procurement.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline dispatch processes.
• Participate in carton re-checks and pre-dispatch validations.
• Ensure that all packing records are accurately maintained and updated in the Quality Database (QDB).
