Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage, operate and monitor various activities of Outsourcing unit such as outsourced staffing, payroll management and background verification and ensure its proper implementation in the stipulated time
Implementation of plans in coordination with the team, regular monitoring on all the activities of Outsourcing unit and ensure all the processes of each project are handled effectively and efficiently.
Regular visit to clients and employees supervision and monitoring of outsource employees, visit the clients and employees to get instant feedback on performance
Identify and communicate the services to the prospective corporate clients regarding the services being offered as and when required.
Continuous follow up with existing/prospective clients for business opportunities
Ensure up-to-date record of all existing clients/candidates detail and activities relating to each client/candidate are updated in the system.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority

Gross salary of NRs. 20,000.00 plus and attractive incentives

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s level in Management
At least one year experience (Preference given to the candidates having experience in the related field)
Should have the knowledge of labour law
Should have basic knowledge in accounting
Should have coordination and organization skills
Should have analytical skills and able to handle multiple projects
Should be result driven and think out of the box
Should have people handling skills with effective convincing skills
Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
Should be self-motivated, independent and lead the team
Should have supervision skills
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Should be able to work under pressure
Should possess two wheelers with license
