Fishtail Tours & Travels, is one of the leading Tour operators and Travel agents based in Kathmandu, Nepal is looking for an experienced Outbound Tour Officer. With 32-year experience, we are providing many choices of services including inbound tours, outbound tours, domestic tours, visa processing, visa extension, passport application, passport extension, ticketing, hotel reservation, and trekking.

Currently, we are looking for Outbound Tours Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and create new tour packages to fulfill the Nepalese Customers’ needs
• Be responsible for providing practical support to tourists and dealing with various organizational aspects of trips
• Plan outbound and domestic tours and build up itineraries as per request
• Provide pricing information
• Prepare quotation of tour packages for clients
• Build good relationships with suppliers including airlines, hotels, and resort representatives
• Confirmed customer names with airlines, hotels, and oversea partners
• Handle bookings for hotels, transportation, and sites of excursion
• Make research to find out more attractive tourist destinations or sites

Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree in BTTM or equivalent

Languages Required

Good English and Other languages preferred
