Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly active, detail-oriented team member to handle secure packaging of Rudraksha and Malas, inventory data entry, bead photography for stock records, and inventory tracking and management. The ideal candidate must work with extreme accuracy, maintain clean records, and ensure zero packaging and inventory mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

Secure Packaging (Primary)

Pack Rudraksha, Malas, and related items safely and professionally to prevent damage.
Verify product type, size, bead count, and order details before packaging.
Ensure correct labeling, invoice inclusion, and packaging standards for each shipment.
Maintain cleanliness and careful handling of sacred and valuable items.

Data Entry & Order Records

Enter product and order data accurately into the system (SKU, size, variety, quantity, price, etc.).
Update order status and maintain proper documentation (dispatch notes, packing slips, customer details).
Maintain error-free logs for packaged and dispatched items.

Bead Photography for Inventory

Take clear, consistent photos of Rudraksha beads and Malas for inventory identification and records.
Organize and upload photos properly with correct naming (SKU / category / size / batch).
Maintain a systematic photo library for easy tracking and verification.

Inventory Tracking & Management

Track stock movement (inbound, outbound, returned items).
Update stock levels daily and report low-stock items early to avoid shortages.
Assist in physical stock checks and reconcile differences between physical stock and system records.
Flag mismatches, missing items, or labeling issues immediately.

Quality Control & Mistake Prevention

Follow a checklist process to ensure no wrong items are packed or recorded.
Double-check critical fields: product category, bead type, bead count, size, and order ID.
Report and help resolve errors quickly (wrong entry, mismatch, missing inventory, etc.).

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred, but not mandatory if skills are strong).
Basic knowledge or experience in data entry, inventory, packaging, or administrative work.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Active and alert personality (this role requires constant attention).
Zero-mistake mindset (accuracy is the top priority).
Fast but careful work style.
Good handling and care of delicate and valuable items.
Basic ability to use a phone or camera for product photography and file organization.
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory systems.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in logistics related work.
