Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking experienced and responsible Operators – Blow Moulding and Labellar to support factory production operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring blow moulding and labelling machines to ensure smooth production flow, product quality, and compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate blow moulding machines for PET bottle production.
Set machine parameters and monitor production output.
Inspect bottles to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Operate labelling machines and ensure accurate label application.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Check label quality, alignment, and adhesion.
Handle minor machine adjustments and report technical issues.
Follow daily production plans and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
Record production data, material usage, and downtime reports.
Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
Comply with company SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Intermediate level) or equivalent.
3–4 years of relevant experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in blow moulding or labelling operations.
Basic knowledge of production machinery and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
