Job Description:

Develop and implement the most effective way to get business operations conducted
Research on best practices and make suggestions to the management team
Work closely with Khaalisisi friends (waste-entrepreneurs) to understand their needs and accordingly work closely with marketing team to develop a market for our Khaalisisi friends
Meet targets set by the management
Manage day-to-day business operations
Design business growth strategies
Establish business relations with industry stakeholders
Supervise customer response team to ensure smooth operations

What you’ll need:

BBA graduate or MBA (preferred)
The right attitude, energy, and attention to details

Office time: 9:30 AM -5:30 PM

While the world discusses Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality, where are our khaalisisi friends in all of this? The idea is to revolutionize and disrupt the current ineffective system by including, not replacing, our khaalisisi friends. We are Nepal’s first company to provide a digital platform that connects local waste entrepreneurs-Khaalisisi friends with anybody who has waste.
