We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the operations of a prestigious international business leadership chapter. This role involves managing membership processes, coordinating peer forums, and handling event logistics for a global community of senior executives across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new member applications, transfers, and database records.
Coordinate forum meetings, agendas, and member placements.
Support moderators and handle forum communications.
Process retreat requests and approvals.
Set up and manage events (registration, Zoom, vendors).
Compile and organize attendee data and reports.
Provide real-time support during events and manage communication groups.
Job Specification
Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
Experience working with CRM/database systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Background in event coordination, membership management, or program support.
Experience communicating with senior stakeholders or executive-level clients.
Familiarity with virtual tools (Zoom) and event platforms is a plus.
Experience working in a global or multi-time-zone environment preferred.
