Department: Operations
Reports To: General Manager/Director of Operations

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the logistic organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role includes managing resources, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations to meet organizational goals.
Monitor and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services to meet customer expectations.

Team Leadership

Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the operations team.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to establish long-term goals and plans.

Budget and Resource Management

Manage budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations

Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Address operational issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational management role, preferably in logistic industry.
Good English communication skills in reading, speaking, and writing.
Candidates residing in Tatopani will have an added advantage.
Well knowledge of custom clearance will be added advantage.

Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
