Roles and responsibilities of this job

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the mall management team, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the malls.
Monitor and control operating expenses, develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Identify and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional events to attract shoppers and increase sales.
Ensure the safety and security of the malls and implement emergency response protocols as needed.
Create creative events, promotions, and leasing to attract visitors and increase revenue.
Knowledge of database structures, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution

General Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in mall management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of success in managing a large team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of building systems and financial accounting
Operations or facility management experience at a senior level as part of a shopping center or property management team
Simple valuation and investment principles
Technical and soft services contractor procurement and management
Understanding and application of risk management in the property environment
Can involve standing and walking

Duties Hour: 9:30 am to 6 pm
