We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist in managing and improving the sales process. This role focuses on tracking leads, supporting customer communication, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly professional, and an excellent communicator with strong English skills. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-moving sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leads, CRM, and sales pipeline tracking.
Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Communicate with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
Support proposals, quotations, and sales reporting.
Conduct lead generation and research potential clients.
Maintain sales records, documentation, and workflow systems.
Improve sales process efficiency and follow-through.

Strong written and spoken English (required).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills..
