Mobilemandu, Nepal's leading marketplace for electronics and gadgets, is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting various departments to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.
Coordinate with different departments (sales, customer service, logistics) to streamline operations.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize costs and service quality.

Logistics Coordination:

Monitor and manage the logistics of product delivery and returns.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service efficiency.

Customer Service Support:

Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Administrative Tasks:

Call and follow up with the vendor for payment
Coordinate for leave and travel of staff
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Prepare operational reports and present to senior management.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Team Coordination:

Lead and support the operations team.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in operations management or a related role. Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.
