Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Manage deliveries and incoming stock
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Salary Range: 16-20 K Gross monthly + Fuel expenses
Preferred Gender: Male

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

High School Diploma or higher.
1 + years of experience working as Office Assistant/Runner in Store/Purchase/Logistics
Good Communication skills - verbal and written communications
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Own vehicle with valid driving license.
