Job Description

This is the higher level position will be responsible for managing the organizations entire HR, all aspect of Company's Operation, and all other administrative tasks.

Operation :

  • To Manage daily operations, implementing policies and regulations, planning the use of materials and human resources
  • To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, Management Reporting, Maintaining information flow, business process management.
  • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • To monitor and manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • To manage Fixed Assets / all required procurement/ account Receivable and all other administrative tasks.


Human Resource :

  • To Fulfill staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees and oversee all personnel processes.
  • To ensures all employees are well trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction. Evaluates each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • HR Policies/ Payroll Management/ Staff Performance Appraisal/ Training and Development
