Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee and manage operations across our three properties — two casinos (Pokhara and Janakpur) and our game zone in Kathmandu.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in casino, hotel, resort or hospitality operations, with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple locations while supporting the organization's future growth and expansion. Experience in Food & Beverage operations and new property/pre-opening setups will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall operations across all branches.
Ensure smooth day to day operations while maintaining consistent service quality, operational standards and guest satisfaction.
Oversee Food & Beverage operations across all properties — cost control, quality, inventory and guest experience — working with F&B managers and supervisors at each site.
Manage night operations, including rostering, shift supervision and staff welfare (casinos operate late-night hours, 1 PM to 5 AM).
Lead and coordinate with Branch Heads, Department Heads and management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Monitor branch performance, operational efficiency, manpower requirements, service standards and employee discipline in coordination with HR.
Ensure effective coordination between Operations, Casino, F&B, Security, Surveillance, Finance, HR, Purchase, Engineering and other departments.
Handle escalated guest concerns, operational issues and service-related matters and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and implement effective SOPs, policies and operational standards across branches and business units.
Monitor operational costs, resources, inventory, facilities and overall business efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Review operational performance, customer feedback and business reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, guest experience and overall business performance.
Support management in implementing new strategies, business initiatives, expansion plans and new branch or property openings.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between Kathmandu, Pokhara, Janakpur and other locations as required.
Travel between branches and work across different business locations based on operational requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management or ownership.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in casino, hotels, resorts or hospitality operations.
Candidates with previous experience as Operation Head, Operations Manager, Casino Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager or in a similar senior management position will be preferred.
Candidates with experience managing multiple casino branches, properties or locations will have an added advantage.
Candidates with a strong Food & Beverage background and experience in new property or pre-opening setups will be strongly preferred.
