Roles and responsibilities of this job
The HR & Admin Officer role is designed to support both human resource functions and administrative operations within a dynamic business environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office management while also contributing to employee lifecycle processes.
Manage employee records, updating employee information in the HRMS system.
Keeping record of the leave and overtime of employees.
Drafting letter as per employee requirements.
Monthly Social Security Fund work.
Gratuity and salary calculation of employees.
Monthly incentive work (Prepared in excel sheet and updating in HRMS system).
Prepare reports on HR related metrics.
Assisting in salary preparation (attendance, overtime, service charge, SSF, CIT).
Supporting in staff welfare programs, events, and team-building activities.
Handle basic employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary support.
Handle staff uniform requirement in close coordination with Asst. HR Manager
Respond to employee inquiries.
Salary work (Prepared in excel sheet and updating in HRMS software).
Answering payroll questions.
Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Assisting with day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
Providing clerical and administration support to Asst. Human Resources Manager.
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Check attendance on a regular basis.
Assisting in preparing notices, circulars, and memos.
Maintaining company documents, licenses, agreements, and contracts.
Supporting audits and compliance checks.
Arranging meetings, travel bookings, and schedules for executives.
Support in other task as and when required by the supervisor.
