Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to optimise performance across both branches, focusing on efficiency, cost management, and revenue growth.
Financial Management: Working alongside our MD, take responsibility for the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Implement robust costing models to ensure profitability and informed decision-making on pricing.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated large team. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective man management, clear communication, and ongoing training and development initiatives.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Implement and maintain strong inventory management systems to minimise waste, track stock, and ensure the consistent availability of all ingredients and supplies.
Quality Control: Uphold the integrity of our recipes and food quality standards. Continuously review and refine kitchen processes to maintain the exceptional taste and presentation our customers expect.
Marketing & Customer Engagement: Work with our third-party digital marketing company and the management team to develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Human Resources: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with local labour laws.
Reporting To:
This position reports directly to the Owner and is a senior leadership role within the company.
While reporting directly into our Owner & Managing Director, the successful candidate will work
closely with our Head of Accounts, Head of Purchasing, and our Restaurant Manager for both sites.
