Fire and Ice Pizzeria first opened its doors in Kathmandu, Nepal, in January of 1995. The
restaurant immediately became a popular destination for travellers, mountaineers and
local residents alike to sit back and enjoy the true tastes of Italy from the base of the
Himalayas; whether this was a morning cup of Italian Espresso or delicious pizza, pasta or
organic salad. Fire and Ice Pizzeria became the spot for sharing tales of adventures with
friends.
