Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operation Assistant to help manage and streamline our daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a creative and ethical brand that values sustainability, craftsmanship, and community impact.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Operations & Workflow Management

Oversee the end-to-end operations, including production, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) to avoid production delays.
Monitor the production process to maintain efficiency and quality control.
Ensure orders are processed and delivered on time, coordinating with logistics partners if needed.
Implement and improve operational policies and procedures for better workflow.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
Manage storage and warehouse space efficiently.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure all garments meet the company’s quality standards before dispatch.
Work closely with production teams to resolve any defects or quality issues.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

5. Financial & Budget Management

Monitor operational costs and ensure cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
Work with the finance team to manage budgets, expenses, and payment cycles.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and supervise production, logistics, and warehouse teams.

7. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Address customer complaints related to delays, quality issues, or returns efficiently.
Work with the sales team to align production and inventory with market demand.

8. Process Improvement & Strategy Execution

Continuously evaluate operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
Implement strategies to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance company operations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within the fashion, textile, garment, or boutique industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and production processes.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
