Job Description

Follow up shipments from China to Nepal not only cargo but also documents
Check documents from shipper, if any mistake shall inform them revise timely.
Contact with indian / nepali suppliers for trailer,port handling and customs clearance arrangement
Coordinate with customer for necessary logistics supporting such as government policy consulting, assistant for LC opening, customs clearance solution, document verify etc
Contact different government dept and apply for duty free letter, non-payment model and various letters.
In charge all procedure, ensure cargo safety delivery to jobsite without documentation problem.
Supervise all parties until collect clean POD(proof of delivery) from customer
