Job Description

  • End-to-end project management of all campaigns and close coordination on execution. Creating Onsite PMO for Mega campaigns and close coordination with stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
  • Align stakeholders and plan with account to lead-times the various cross-functional actions that need to be take
  • Ownership of all on-site and in-app, campaign related, real estate
  • Campaign Structures: Optimize site-structure with a core focus towards the main KPIs: DAU, Stickiness, GMV
  • Campaign modules/mechanisms: Develop “mechanics” that would allow us to target the aforementioned KPIs in with dedicated strategies to capitalize on high traffic periods and user acquisition.
  • Coordinate with the Traffic Ops sub departments with a dedicated focus on driving platform Homepage performance metrics as well as MCP(Main Campaign Page) metrics.
  • User Education: Develop means of educating consumers to the many new functionalities of the Daraz interfaces in order to enable high utilization and avoid feature-overload
  • Brainstorm creative ways to create an edge for the platform by utilizing multitudes of powerful Alibaba tools and software platforms
  • Work with customers behavior analytics with the Strategy and Planning team to measure and report the results of campaign efforts – post mortem reporting to highlight key learnings and challenges
  • Share performance reports to highlight achievements, limitations, and focus of the department for upcoming days, weeks and months
  • Work closely with the Product Team and Data Science team to improve recommendations and relevance on the platform
  • End-to-end project management of all campaigns and close coordination on execution and Departmental PMO creation for Tier 1 campaigns.
  • Raising platform issues that hinder campaign execution and analysis to relevant stakeholders for resolution – ticket creation
  • Understanding all Tools & Platforms used by the department at an operational level in order to identify gaps and areas of improvement which serve as feedback for the regional team to enhance UI and user-efficiency

Requirements

  • A bachelors Degree in related field
  • Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate and communicate
  • Must be able to work efficiently with team
