The CEO will lead project development and execution in alignment with SK Ventures’ strategic plan while maintaining strong public relations. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, sales, marketing, client relations, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project development and execution in alignment with the company's strategic plan while maintaining strong public relations.
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve growth and profitability, focusing on identifying new leads and effective project selling strategies.
Make informed project decisions that ensure financial stability and growth for the organization.
Oversee all sales and marketing efforts, collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with real estate projects.
Build and lead a high-performing project team, delegating responsibilities and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
Oversee marketing and branding efforts to promote project services and properties, fostering a positive public image.
Handle legal issues related to projects and liaise with government offices as necessary.
