We're looking for a certified sales specialist to assist us in selling products and services that serve individuals all over the world. Our ideal professional is knowledgeable about the sales process and is skilled at generating leads, developing relationships, and closing deals. We're looking for a quick learner with great listening and negotiation skills, as well as someone with a strong presence who can sell our services effectively. Our salesperson must be friendly and professional as they are frequently required to give presentations, attend networking events, and participate in trade exhibits. His or her contributions will aid us in broadening our global reach and influence.

Objectives of this Role

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
  • Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
  • Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
  • Remaining under budget with all costs
  • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
  • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, develop, and maintain comprehensive company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and determine how our solutions can meet them.
  • Generate new leads and expand existing relationships, keep an up-to-date, detailed client book, and cultivate an active, repeat customer base.
  • Conduct Sales presentations and direct selling for timely fulfillment of set targets.
  • Make cold calls or do warm outreach, putting your creative thinking to work to create new and unique sales tactics.
  • Use the Standard methods to ensure consistent processes throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Execute month-end and year-end close procedures.
