Job Description

  • Handles petty expenses and utility payments
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Interacts with supervisors and carries out their requests
  • Keep a record of inward and outward of goods and restock the store accordingly
  • Preparing periodic reports for petty cash, stock items etc.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
