Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports To: Head – Commercial
Department: Commercial

We are seeking an Officer – Store and Supply Chain to manage overall store operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure proper handling, identification, stacking, and preservation of raw materials, and
consumables.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and documentation.
Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure timely system updates.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, sales, and logistics teams for material availability.
Coordinate with customs office, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities for import/export documentation and clearance activities.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and safe handling of materials.
Control minimum and maximum stock levels and reduce inventory losses.
Prepare daily/monthly stock reports.
Lead and supervise store and dispatch team members.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store, inventory, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Experience in manufacturing stores and dispatch activities.
Understanding of GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and dispatch documentation.
