Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To drive and manage the Sales and Marketing activities of Tara International Pvt. Ltd and IT Venture Nepal Pvt Ltd, both sister concerns. The individual need to be able to come up with new ideas and ways to generate new business for growth. He / She must be able to independently handle and drive the sales department and manage team to achieve individual as well as organization performance and growth.

The individual must be able to work in a team and efficiently and effectively collaborate with both senior management and team to carry out daily tasks and activities of the company.

He / She must be able to manage well the existing customer relationship and grow the portfolio by adding new customers in order to increase the share of wallet.

The key responsibilities of the individual will include the following:

  • Manage and drive the Sales and Marketing department
  • Generate new business by adding new customers into the portfolio
  • Manage well the existing customer relationships and growth the relationship by selling new products and services
  • Be able to effectively manage a team by enhancing their performance and  contribution through engagement and motivation
  • Contribute to the organization’s bottom line by increasing the revenue
  • Effectively liaise and collaborate with senior management and the team down the line to manage day to day affairs and activities of the company
  • Be able to live the general values of the company and ethically and morally discharge his/her duties
