  • Fresher (Experience will be an advantage)
  • Good communication skills including proven experience of dealing effectively with a diverse range of customers, including experience of dealing with difficult and vulnerable customers.
  • Experience of working in a Finance environment with computerized and manual systems.
  • Proven level of numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a performance driven office.
  • Competent in computer and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Freshers are encouraged. Minimum a year experience will be an advantage.

Job Description

  • He is responsible for managing and undertaking a collections process for debts that have been allocated to him.  
  • He will utilize best practice processes and techniques, as well as information at hand, to positively influence debtors to maximize payment of debt over the shortest period of time.
  • Taking telephone calls from a wide range of customers which involves dealing with sensitive, contentious and complex issues on a daily basis.
  • Ensure cash is allocated correctly and deal with tracing missing payments.
