Accountant

Reports to: Accounts Manager

The Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day systematic recording of financial transactions, stock maintenance, follow-up on payments, and assisting the Accounts Manager in accomplishing finance-related tasks.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and adjustments.
• Prepare and issue quotations to clients or vendors based on the company's pricing and financial policies.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and delivery orders to ensure timely receipt and processing.
• Prepare and process payment requests and allotment letters for internal or external transactions.
• Oversee and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Enter financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journals, and purchases, into accounting software (e.g., Finpro) for accurate financial tracking.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations, address financial queries, and support departmental needs.
