Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join us as an Office Support/Runner.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit and collect visa applications and other travel documents from embassies or agents.
Coordinate with travel vendors and maintain itinerary records.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all travel and tour-related activities.
Visit banks for cheque collection, cash deposits, or withdrawals as instructed.
Deliver and collect payment documents such as cheques, invoices, and receipts.
Ensure timely submission of bills and vouchers to the finance department.
Support in collecting TDS certificates, bank statements, and other financial documents.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial paperwork.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

+2 degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel agency or tour company.
Basic knowledge of travel documentation, banking, and office procedures.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential documents responsibly.
Willingness to travel locally for bank, embassy, and document-related errands.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information.
