Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain psychotherapy schedule and event calendars.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Perform secretarial jobs- billing, banking, record keeping and more.
Contribute to the production and dissemination of newsletter, promotional material, and other information.
Involve in research and learning activities
