Job Description

Office Secretary will assume the duty of operations in the company in order to optimize workflow procedures; and frequently have responsibility of specific projects and tasks. The person will directly work with the directors; and assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Education: Graduate from recognized university with proven work experience in the field
 
Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendar and arrange meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports, creating agendas and taking minutes
  • Organize internal and external events lesioning with internal and external contacts
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain all the operations activities (procurement, logistics, and day to day operations) of the company

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (4-5 years) as an office secretary or an administrator
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and team collaboration skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
